WHO IS BENJIE?
Hi, I’m Benjie and I know first-hand how frustrating it is to feel handcuffed by bad clients.

I currently own and operate a hardscape company in Kansas City. It started with me and two installers and grew to 5 crews in the first 12 months.

I thought we were crushing it until we got hit with a bad review. Worst of all, a bad review over something we tried to talk the client out of doing!
I realized responding was a no-win solution. It would only make us look like the bad guys.

So, I let it go until prospective clients started asking me about it. Then, I realized people actually read reviews! But how many? Were we losing clients because of one bad review?

I went to family and friends asking them to leave positive reviews to bury the negative one. I went to past clients and offered to give them a gift card to leave a positive review.

How stupid is it that? But this is the game we have to play these days, right?

So, I realized it was time for a change!  The good news is that I’ve figured out a way we can have a voice too!

If Uber drivers and riders can both review each other, then why can’t contractors and clients do the same?
